Why Microsoft Access?

The question comes up often on why use Microsoft Access?  Microsoft Access has been the primary database in the office suite since 1991. There have been a variety of changes over the years, but it is still included and widely used in the current Microsoft 365 suite of products.

There are no record limitations to any Access database, other then the overall size of the database, which is 2 Gigabytes. Unlike Excel, which only allows one user at a time to work in the file, Microsoft Access allows up to 250 con-current users. However, most Access systems are using 10-15 users.

Microsoft Access can be used for any database need across all industries. All the user interfaces can be customized to meet the needs of the system.  Let Service First help you get started creating your customized system today.
